Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that instruments and bows are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
